Artificial Intelligence (AI) has rapidly evolved into a critical driver of organizational transformation in the modern business environment. This research examines how AI contributes to improving organizational performance and fostering innovation using secondary data sources such as academic journals, industry reports, and research publications. The study adopts a descriptive and analytical research design supported by thematic and basic statistical analysis.
The findings indicate that AI significantly enhances productivity, accelerates decision-making, reduces operational costs, and promotes innovation. Statistical insights suggest improvements of approximately 70% in decision-making speed, 65% in innovation capability, and 60% in productivity. AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and robotic process automation, enable organizations to process large datasets efficiently and generate actionable insights.
Despite these benefits, challenges such as high implementation costs, data quality issues, skill shortages, and ethical concerns remain barriers to adoption. The study concludes that AI is not merely a technological tool but a strategic asset that enhances competitiveness and supports long-term growth. Organizations must focus on skill development, data governance, and strategic leadership to fully leverage AI capabilities.
