Artificial Intelligence (AI), combined with advanced data analytics, is reshaping Human Resource Management (HRM) by transforming it into a strategic, insight-driven function. Organizations are increasingly utilizing AI-based tools to strengthen workforce planning, enhance decision quality, and improve HR outcomes. This study investigates the influence of AI-enabled analytics on major HR functions such as recruitment, employee retention, and decision-making efficiency using secondary data sources including academic literature and industry reports.
The results indicate significant performance gains, with recruitment efficiency improving by nearly 68%, decision-making speed by 70%, and employee retention by 62%. Analytical methods such as correlation and composite index evaluation reveal a strong positive association between AI implementation and HR effectiveness.
Despite these advantages, barriers such as data security concerns, ethical risks related to bias, high implementation costs, and limited technical expertise restrict broader adoption.
The study concludes that AI-powered HR analytics can significantly enhance organizational capability when supported by appropriate governance frameworks, skilled workforce development, and responsible AI practices.
