Abstract

The rapid advancement of financial technology (FinTech) has significantly transformed the conventional corporate paradigm and altered the existing business ecosystem. This article examines the influence of FinTech integration on the development of future business ecosystems, specifically in Karnataka, India. The primary objective is to analyze the impact of FinTech adoption on operational efficiency, financial inclusion, innovation, and strategic growth of enterprises. The research employed a mixed-methods technique. Primary data was obtained from 200 respondents, including SMEs, startups, and financial professionals. Secondary data was obtained from reports and academic sources. Descriptive analysis, correlation, regression, and ANOVA were employed as statistical techniques for data interpretation. The statistics indicate that FinTech integration significantly enhances organizational productivity, lowers transaction costs, and promotes financial inclusion. However, obstacles such as regulatory constraints, cybersecurity concerns, and technological difficulties hinder smooth deployment. The survey revealed that organizations utilizing FinTech solutions possess greater agility and innovation compared to their competition.

The research indicates that the incorporation of FinTech is a crucial facilitator of future oriented company ecosystems. Governments, financial institutions, and technology suppliers must collaborate strategically to address existing challenges and promote sustainable growth.
